Curry is a traditional Indian dish, it is spicy and can be made with any variety of meat such as chicken, beef, lamb, etc and is done with oriental spices.
Since I chose to make chicken curry, I took out some chicken breasts once again and spiced them up with 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of mix masala, 2 teaspoons of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of tumeric, 2 teaspoons of chilli powder, and 2 teaspoons of ginger or garlic and mixed all of these spices up with the chicken breast. Heat up some oil in a pot and add some onions and 1 teaspoon of whole spices such as cinnamon sticks and fennel seeds), cook onions until golden brown.
Add the spiced chicken breasts to the onions with 1/2 a cup of water and mix it well until the water dries out. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Peel and cut up some potatoes add them with 2 1/2 cups of cold water and cook until potatoes are soft and the gravy is thick.
Serve with rice! :)
You can add coconut shavings and banana if you would like. :)
Enjoy!

Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breasts.
So I have done Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast before, and I got the idea from my mentor's blog and decided to try it out for myself. It's something new and different and I thought it would be a very good idea. This time I added something a little different....cream cheese!
You probably think I'm crazy right now but trust me on this one haha.
Firstly, spice up some chicken breasts with salt, pepper, Chicken spice, and Garlic Powder (you can spice the chicken according to your taste). I then slit the side of the chicken breast and used a spoon to stuff and smear the cream cheese inside the chicken breast. Take some bacon strips and wrap it around each chicken breast. If you have any extra strips, then you can either wrap it around again or, as I did, use it in the roast potatoes.
Spread the chicken breasts out on a pan and place into preheated oven of 350 degrees and cook until bacon is crispy and the breast is well done.
For my side dishes, I did seasoned garlic roast potatoes and mixed vegetables
. Of course you can do a side dish of your choice, with your yummy stuffed chicken breasts.

Turkey Spaghetti Bolognese
Hi everyone
It has been a while since I have posted on here, and I apologize for being gone for so long, but I am back with brand new recipes that I have tried out and I honestly think I have done a pretty good job first time round.
Today I want to start with a Turkey Spaghetti Bolognese...it's simple, easy to make and very delicious.
I start off by boiling some water in a big pot to get the pasta started and at the same time, I start chopping up some onions and throw them into a pan to fry. Once the onions start turning a little yellow, I spice up the ground Turkey with some salt, pepper, onion powder, and I also throw in a bay leaf. You can spice up the ground Turkey according to what you and your family like, it doesn't necessarily have to be the way I spice it :)
Stir the onions and the ground Turkey a couple of times until you can see the meat is starting to cook and when the onions start turning brown, just keep adding water each time so that it doesn't dry out and you don't burn the onions or the meat.
Don't worry...I didn't forget about the pasta LOL! Once the pasta is soft and boiled properly then slowly pour the pasta into a sieve so that it drains all the water. Be sure to rinse the pasta about one or two times with cold water just to cool it off a bit.
Now all that needs to finish up is the ground Turkey, once that is done and you are ready to eat, dish up some spaghetti with ground Turkey ontop and you are ready to enjoy your yummy meal. :)
Well there you have it! Again....I am so so SO sorry for not keeping to my blog and posting all the time, things have just been a little hectic, but I will be keeping on it and posting a lot more of my new and yummy dishes! :)
Have a great day!
